Job Description for Fresher

1. Applicants should have Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal), exhibit excellent listening skills, Typing skills at least 25 WPM, Computer competency.
2. Flexibility toworkon the US shift time (5 PM to 3 AM)
3. 5 dayswork(Mon - Fri), weekend off.
4. WorkLocation - Nungambakkam, Chennai. (Chennai profile is preferred as of now)
5. Accompany provider(s) into the patient examination room virtually and efficiently document the encounter in real-time via Microsoft Teams
6. Well-versed in Medical Terminologies.
7. 3-month training for freshers with Stipend (10K + Transportation Allowance + Food Allowance - Around 13K as monthly take home)
8. CTC for fresher candidates after deployment is 2.2 LPA
9. Mandatory 2 years of work bond should be signed.

Job Description for Experience

1. Applicants should have Excellent Communication Skills, exhibit excellent listening skills, Typing skills above 50 WPM, Computer competency.
2. Minimum of 2 years of Experience is mandatory in the pure live Medical Scribe field - US Healthcare. (Working in the other process/ field like Medical Billing/Medical Coding will not be considered as experienced).
3. WorkLocation - Nungambakkam, Chennai. (Chennai profile is preferred as of now)
4. Workfrom office is mandatory.
5. Experience with multiple specialities especially Orthopaedics and Ophthalmology is preferred.
6. Accompany provider(s) into the patient examination room virtually and efficiently document the encounter in real-time via Microsoft Teams
7. Multi-task efficiently and effectively as required.
8. Should be proficient in navigating multiple Electronic Medical Record (or EMR) systems to input documentation.
9. Understand and observe legal concepts (e.g. HIPAA, confidentiality).
10. Well-versed in Medical Terminologies.
11. CTC for Experience candidates is from 3 LPA to 6 LPA completely depending on theworkexperience and interview performance. (Salary for a right candidate is not a constraint)
