Were looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can keep our operations running smoothly and support our leadership team with day-to-day tasks.
Your Role
As our Virtual Assistant, youll be the organizational backbone of the business. Youll make sure nothing slips through the cracks, while supporting the founders and other team members with communication, planning, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, meetings, and schedules.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups.
- Assist with project coordination and task tracking.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support recruitment, sales, and marketing tasks (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM updates).
- Handle light bookkeeping or invoicing tasks.
- Research and gather information as needed.
You Are
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- A strong communicator in English (Dutch or German is a plus).
- Tech-savvy you know your way around tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot (or similar).
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Someone who loves efficiency and finding better ways to do things.
