The founder, Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary created a unique business model, which provides livelihood to the artisans at their doorstep. This changed the standard practice of involving middlemen to work with artisanal communities. The company currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. It has an end-to-end business model, right from sourcing of wool to exporting a finished handmade rug.

The modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made using the finest wool and silk, has won numerous global awards and is currently exported to more than 45 countries with the US sales arm, Jaipur Living, Inc. located in Georgia, Atlanta.

Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:

• Will shoot footage and assist in editing.
• Will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production.
• Will transport, set up, and operate equipment; and assist with staging and set preparation
• Will work closely with the marketing team to execute the concept through to completion.
• Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
• Researching, writing and shooting stories of artisans
• Helps to sustain and guide creative process
• Assists in developing interview questions and storyboards

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters degree/diploma in videography
• At least 12-24 months of Videographer experience with any company.
• Demonstrated proficiency in video production
• Strong leadership abilities, with a passionate attitude towards promoting company culture.
• Contributes new ideas, techniques and feedback to Marketing team
• 90%+ Positive feedback from customer projects you've worked as a Videographer.
