Senior Video Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Product Manager to lead our product strategy and development for CCTV & Security Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for CCTV and security solutions


• Conduct detailed competitor product specification analysis (hardware, firmware, analytics features, certifications) and create benchmarking reports


• Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates


• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to translate benchmarking insights into differentiated product features


• Ensure compliance with certifications and security standards


• Support hardware-software integration with VMS, NVR/DVR, and third-party systems


• Provide product intelligence and training to sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred


• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales, or Technical roles in CCTV, surveillance, or security products


• Strong knowledge of video surveillance technologies, networking, storage, and cloud solutions


• Proven expertise in product analysis, benchmarking, and positioning


• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills


• Deep understanding of CCTV hardware/software specifications and security standards


• Ability to analyze competitor specs in detail and benchmark effectively


• Strategic thinking to translate market and competitor insights into actionable product roadmaps


• Cross-functional coordination with R&D, sales, and marketing teams


• Customer focus to align products to customer needs and market expectations
