Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality standards across all video deliverables produced by CRAFT WW for global clients.
Review video content for technical accuracy, brand guidelines, platform specifications, and overall creative quality before final delivery.
Act as a key quality gatekeeper and final checkpoint prior to client delivery.
Work closely with video editors, motion designers, producers, and account teams to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to creative teams.
Maintain, update, and improve video QC checklists, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
Track recurring quality issues, support root cause analysis, and help reduce rework and turnaround times.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones to maintain consistent quality standards.
Mentor and guide junior QC team members and support onboarding and training.
Maintain QC documentation, logs, and quality reports, and proactively flag risks on high-priority or high-volume deliveries.

Requirements

69 years of experience in video production and/or video QC roles, preferably in an agency, production studio, or global delivery environment.
Strong understanding of video production and post-production workflows.
Hands-on knowledge of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, frame rates, audio levels, subtitles, color consistency, and encoding standards.
Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Frame.io, or similar platforms.
Strong eye for detail in motion graphics, typography, color, and audio quality.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide feedback clearly and diplomatically.
Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working on global brands and high-volume content delivery is a strong advantage.
