GIVA is hiring a Video Manager for Shoots and Photography. We are looking for Immediate Joiners for Fashion, Lifestyle, Jewelry Industry.

Job Description

The Video Team Manager is a professional specialized in managing shootings and the processing of image editing and ensuring high quality photo in order to attract photographer the best matches you needs, it is very important to manage the work on the set or studio and technical availability in photographic equipment and photo manipulating software.

Key Result Areas

• Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with our art team to develop the concept
• Capture and process images until you achieve desired results
• Direct models for the poses, mood and overall feel of the product shots
• Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
• Ensure that all photo equipment is looked after and stored away correctly
• Archive photographic images and maintain database
• Keep abreast of photographic best practices and procedures
• Suggesting innovative ideas regarding lighting and shooting techniques
• Experience with studio lighting and digital lab equipment preferred.

Functional Competencies

• Forms, shape"size exclusion" "depth imaging" "texture artist" line"colour matching"
• Ability to form new concepts for each product shoot.
• "photo editing", photo shop, photography Creative and artistic skills.

Work Experience

6 to 8 Years relevant experience of working in fashion, lifestyle, Jewellery, Previous experience as a Video and photoshoots (with a portfolio)
