About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail focused Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. You will turn briefs into thumb stopping visuals for brand films, social content, ads, explainers, and internal communications. You will use smart workflows, including AI tools when relevant, to deliver high quality outputs efficiently without compromising on craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, and brand films.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, VFX, sound design, and music to enhance storytelling.
• Optimise aspect ratios, runtimes, and hooks for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, paid ads, and web.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual stories.
• Maintain brand consistency across type, colour, pacing, and tone.
• Manage timelines, versioning, and feedback cycles to ensure timely delivery.
• Use AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, and ChatGPT to ideate, generate assets, or streamline post production.

Required Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro for primary editing
• Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and VFX
• Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails and quick design clean ups
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and sound or music sense
• Basic understanding of colour correction or grading and audio mixing

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, or Synthesia
• Familiarity with script writing or storyboarding and basic 2D motion graphics
• Understanding of YouTube best practices and social media video trends
• Knowledge of file management including proxies, exports, codecs, LUTs, and presets

Qualifications and Experience

• Two to three years of experience in a studio, agency, or in house creative team.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating versatility across different video formats.
