Job Brief:

Were looking for a creative Video Editor to join our brand and social media team at

The Wedding Company. Youll be responsible for creating beautiful, emotional, and engaging video content. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, has a strong creative eye, and knows how to turn ideas and raw footage into compelling videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Ads, Brand Videos & Social media :

• Edit brand films, ad creatives, and performance ads for digital platforms.
• Good understanding of hook, pacing, and CTA flow for brand and ad videos.
• Should be aware about how to make the videos better by using brand look, typography, colors, and tone across all edits.
• Editing short-form content optimised for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts.
• Good understanding of the brand and ability to create videos aligned with brand guidelines.

Software Knowledge Required:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for social media, ads, and brand video editing.
• Familiarity with new-age social media editing styles and trends.
• Knowledge of color grading using any software, and ability to manage and edit raw or log footage.
• Should know how to do offline and online editing.
• Ability to understand and plan a storyboard before editing for a smooth flow.
• Understanding of camera handling and lighting is a plus.
