Video Editor ( TeamLead )

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Video Editor Lead to supervise and guide our video editing team in creating high-quality academic and studio-based video content. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent creative judgement, and advanced expertise in post-production workflows. This role involves managing editors, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of video editors, animators & motion designers
• Review outputs, ensure quality consistency & meet deadlines
• Oversee end-to-end post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound & final delivery)
• Collaborate with content, academic & design teams
• Maintain standardized workflows, asset management & QC checks
• Ensure platform-ready outputs (LMS, YouTube, promos, reels, marketing content)

Requirements

• 47+ years of experience as a Senior Video Editor / Video Lead
• Strong expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition & Photoshop
• Proven leadership & team management skills
• Experience with academic/corporate learning videos preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Exposure to AI-based video tools is a plus
