The Role

We're looking for a Video Editor and Motion Designer to create content that makes complex AI technology feel simple and compelling. You'll work directly with our founders and marketing team to produce videos that educate, engage, and convert.

This is a creative role with real ownershipnot a content factory. You'll have the space to experiment, develop your craft, and see your work drive actual business results.

What You'll Do

• Edit talking-head videos into punchy, engaging content with strong hooks
• Create animated explainers (1-20 min) that break down AI architecture and product features
• Transform long-form content (webinars, demos) into dynamic, watchable pieces
• Develop motion graphics and visual systems that strengthen our brand
• Learn our product deeply so your creative decisions are technically grounded

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Professional video editing and motion design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and visual polish
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (or equivalent) for animation and motion graphics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with 3D motion tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or tech content
• Familiarity with AI concepts or willingness to learn quickly
