About the Role

Were looking for a skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can take ownership of end-to-end video production and visual storytelling. This role goes beyond basic editing we want someone who understands brand tone, audience behavior, and platform-first content , and can translate ideas into high-quality, engaging visuals.

Youll work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce videos, reels, motion graphics, and multimedia assets across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communication
• Own the complete post-production workflow from raw footage to final export
• Edit short-form and long-form content including reels, promos, explainers, and brand videos
• Add required multimedia elements such as basic motion, transitions, typography, sound design, and visual effects
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into engaging visual narratives
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and quality standards
• Manage files, assets, and timelines efficiently across multiple projects
• Suggest creative improvements in storytelling, formats, and edits
• Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 15 years of professional experience in video editing / multimedia production
• Strong proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (for basic motion / enhancements)
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• Strong understanding of:
• Video storytelling and pacing
• Audio editing and color correction
• Platform-specific content formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines
• Good visual sense and attention to detail
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with social-first and performance-driven content
• Exposure to marketing, brand, or agency environments
