Job Mission:

You'll be the visual storyteller for Saffron Tech's and Saffron Edges digital presence, transforming our product innovations, tech and marketing insights, and company culture into viral-ready short-form content. Your work will directly impact how CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, and potential clients perceive and engage with our brand in an increasingly scroll-driven world.

What You'll Do:

Core Content Production

• Create 3-4 high-quality, platform-native videos daily for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and emerging tech platforms.
• Transform technical concepts, product updates, and behind-the-scenes footage into accessible, engaging 15-60 second stories.
• Shoot videos, add transcripts and upload on a daily basis.
• Master the "hook and hold" technique; crafting irresistible openings that stop the scroll for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with Saffron Tech's design system while adapting to platform-specific trends.

Platform & Trend Execution

• Monitor and implement trends not just from mainstream social, but from developer and marketing communities and competitor brands.
• Develop content series that showcase our tech stack, engineering culture, and product capabilities in trend-forward formats.
• Optimize content for each platform's algorithm while maintaining brand integrity and technical accuracy.

Process & Optimization

• Maintain organized asset libraries of product screenshots, demo footage, team interviews, and animations.
• Analyze performance data to identify what content drives engagement, follows, and conversion within audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to source raw materials and validate messaging.

Technical & Creative Requirements:

Tools You'll Master:

• Daily Drivers: CapCut (primary), Canva Pro, Figma (basic understanding)
• Production Stack: Familiarity with recording Loom, screen captures, and basic smartphone cinematography
• Bonus Tech Stack: Experience with web-based design tools, basic understanding of recording aesthetics
