Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging content tailored for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, ads, YouTube, website, and other marketing channels

Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements

Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Basic understanding of color grading and sound editing

Strong storytelling and visual composition skills

Knowledge of current social media trends and video formats

Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

Experience in motion graphics and animation

Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

Experience editing performance marketing ads

Understanding of brand positioning and marketing funnels
