Role Overview:

The Short-Form Video Editor will create fast-paced, engaging videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks and retention-focused pacing
• Optimize content for vertical formats and platform guidelines
• Add captions, transitions, and basic motion elements
• Deliver high-volume content within tight timelines
• Collaborate closely with the on-site content and AI teams

Required Skills:

Experience in editing short-form social media content

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong sense of timing and visual flow
