About the Company
Next Step HR is hiring a Video Editor for a leading diamond manufacturing firm in India, with operations across 17 countries worldwide. The brand caters to premium international markets and is focused on building a strong digital and visual presence.
Location: BKC, Bandra, Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing and brand communication
- Create engaging reels, promotional videos and corporate content
- Add subtitles, captions, transitions, music and basic motion elements
- Ensure videos align with brand tone, luxury aesthetics and timelines
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for revisions and final delivery
- Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and CapCut
- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and exports
- Experience with Punchy and premium subtitling, captions, and text overlays
- Strong hold over Animations
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Attention to detail and strong visual sense
- Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Preferred Experience in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry brands
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects
- Understanding of social media trends and edits
Pay range and compensation package
CTC: 6LPA Up // to 50,000/month (based on skills & experience)
