Job Description
Touchwood Team is a marketing agency managing the social media marketing for sports tournaments. We are currently handling golf and badminton tournaments, with plans to expand into additional sports over time.
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer who can create powerful, fast-paced sports content while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and visual consistency.
This is a performance-driven role requiring precision, speed, structured execution, and strong storytelling ability.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit high-impact short-form and long-form sports content (Reels, Shorts, match highlights, recaps).
- Craft retention-focused edits with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and music synchronization.
- Transform raw match footage into compelling competitive narratives.
- Deliver time-sensitive edits during tournament cycles.
- Optimize content for engagement and watch-time performance.
Motion Graphics
- Create motion graphics aligned with existing brand identity.
- Develop animated scorecards, countdowns, announcements, player introductions, and tournament creatives.
- Work in After Effects, Canva, or any efficient platform provided output maintains premium quality.
- Ensure typography, colors, layouts, and animation styles match established brand guidelines.
- Brand & Collaboration
- Strictly follow and maintain visual guidelines (colors, typography, spacing, grid systems, motion language).
- Ensure every creative aligns with previously established design direction.
- Coordinate with the Content Strategist and Graphic Designer for consistent output.
- Maintain structured file management and organized project workflows.
Role Scope
- Initially focused on golf and badminton tournaments.
- Expansion into additional sports as the agency scales.

- Proven experience in sports, high-energy editing, or dynamic motion design.
- Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects.
- Ability to create clean, professional motion graphics.

- Detail-oriented with strong visual judgment.
