Functional :

1. Decode brand guidelines and positioning to create high-quality designs to effectively communicate the brand's message and visual identity

2. Independent execution of ideas and concepts through creating innovative visual designs, infographics, logos, decks, and other interactive platforms

3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver aligned designs

4. Attain the desired creative output by comprehending and implementing feedback effectively

5. Quality check the content created by juniors and provide feedback and direction

6. Create presentations for client & internal meetings with Managers

7. Attend live coverages and shoots

8. Engage in and contribute to all creative brainstorming sessions on assigned projects or brands, actively providing innovative ideas and conceptual inputs.

9. Contribute to one pitch per month, actively involved in research, brainstorming, and executing design concepts.

Research & Ideas:

1. Competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, new content formats and explore opportunities for experimentation

2. Research on cutting-edge technology to inspire innovative design breakthroughs

Communication:

1. Maintaining regular and clear internal communication

2. Promptly responding to emails.
