Job Description

Department: Marketing & Creative

Reports to: Brand & Marketing Lead

Shift - 12 PM to 9 PM


Job Description:

  • Edit videos for LinkedIn content, podcasts, reels, explainer videos, event recaps, and brand campaigns.
  • Use AI editing tools
  • Build visually cohesive stories using motion graphics, captions, modern typography, and sound design.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to elevate the brands online presence with clean, sharp edits.
  • Maintain our brand style crisp, minimal, global, and modern.
  • Assist with basic videography for internal events: shooting short-form content, behind-the-scenes clips, office footage, and event videos.
  • Manage media files, project organisation, backups, and versioning.
  • Bring creative suggestions to improve our formats, intros/outros, templates, and editing flow.


Required Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in video editing
  • A degree/diploma in design, communication design, film, or related fields from a prominent design school.
  • Strong command of:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects or equivalent motion graphics tools
  • Figma (bonus)
  • Knowledge of various video formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions for various platforms, from social to web to screens (used in outdoor events)
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools for editing, captioning, enhancements, and time-saving workflows.
  • A strong sense of visual composition, modern layout, typography, transitions, and tempo.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates modern, clean, sharp edits (reels, shorts, explainers, motion work).
