Role Overview

The role involves creating high-quality video content, managing social media channels, and supporting brand communication across campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production

• Shoot and edit high-energy event videos, teaser reels, client testimonials, and product walkthroughs.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos (explainers, walkthroughs).
• Develop motion graphics, simple animations, and branded templates.
• Manage the full video production cycle: concept storyboard shoot edit publish.

Social Media Management

• Handle presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy aligned with brand identity.
• Track trends, competitor content, and online engagement to create high-performing posts.
• Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, tags, and collaborations.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create content for marketing and GTM campaigns.
• Repurpose event footage into impactful marketing assets.
• Support launches, announcements, and pitch videos with quick turnaround times.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track platform performance metrics.
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Present monthly insights and creative recommendations.
