We are looking for a young, sharp, AI-first Video Editor who understands vibe, hooks, trends, and speed . This is not a traditional video editing roleits for someone who blends creativity + AI + marketing instincts to create high-impact content.

What Youll Do

• Create short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Ads .
• Use advanced AI tools to generate, enhance, and speed up video production.
• Add strong HOOKS in the first 23 seconds of every video.
• Design motion graphics and visual elements that feel modern, premium, and emotional.
• Study competitors and trending creators to match and outperform industry standards .
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute campaigns and experiments.
• Maintain a consistent visual vibe and storytelling style across all videos.
• Rapidly iterate based on performance feedback and trends.

Must-Have Skills

• 02 years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Strong skills in After Effects / Premiere Pro / CapCut (any two).
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as:
• Runway
• Midjourney / DALLE
• Pika / Kaiber / Luma / Sora (or similar)
• Experience using at least 5 AI tools across video, motion, or design.
• Ability to identify trends, hooks, pacing, and emotional beats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing reels, short videos, or motion graphics.
• Fast learner, high energy, and startup mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Experience editing content for US audiences .
• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and conversion-focused content.
• Familiarity with influencer or competitor content analysis.
