You Should Apply If

- You can tell the difference between a brand video and a lead-gen video, and make both well
- AI video tools are already part of how you work, not something you're "exploring"
- You're comfortable being on-site, on your own, making things happen without a production crew
- Your first instinct after posting is to check performance, not compliments
Do not apply if
- Your strongest metric is aesthetic consistency
