Role Description

• Shoot quality videos (events, office, leadership, products, campaigns).
• Edit videos for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, internal use).
• Deliver platform-specific formats (reels, shorts, long-form).
• Coordinate with Marketing and People teams on briefs and timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency and video quality standards.
• Organize and archive video assets.
• Strong video shooting and editing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a core requirement for this role. Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Working knowledge of lighting, audio, framing, and video formats.
• Ability to create engaging hooks, captions, and basic animations.
• Understanding of social media video best practices.
• Skilled in applying auto-subtitles, captions, and basic graphic animations to improve accessibility, clarity, and watch time.
• Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and storytelling.

Experience

• up to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Portfolio is mandatory; degree is optional.
