GridZero is building a trust-first solar brand where real installations and customer stories drive adoption. Video plays a critical role in showing real-world prooffrom rooftop installs to homeowner testimonials and founder explainers.

We are looking for a hands-on Video Producer who can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content for both organic and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilites

On-Ground Shooting: Capture rooftop installations, customer testimonials, and founder-led content.

Video Editing: Edit reels, YouTube videos, and ad creatives with fast turnaround.

Ad Creative Production: Create high-performing video ads and creatives.

Content Repurposing: Turn one shoot into multiple formats for ads and social.

Creative Execution: Work closely with the growth and content team to execute campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 36 years in video production (startup or content-first brands preferred).

End-to-End Skills: Ability to shoot and edit independently.

Editing Proficiency: Strong skills in Premiere Pro / Final Cut (After Effects a plus).

Performance Content Understanding: Experience editing ads, reels, or UGC-style videos.

Bonus: Drone shooting or documentary-style storytelling experience.
