Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Video Development
Develop stand-alone videos and eLearning videos with animations and motion graphics.
Edit videos by adding voiceovers, subtitles, and music to enhance engagement.
Ensure videos work well on different platforms (LMS, social media, etc.).
AI & Technology Integration
Use AI tools for image creation, video enhancement, and design automation.
Explore new technologies to improve design and video quality.
eLearning Content Development
Collaborate with instructional designers to create interactive and visually appealing eLearning modules.
Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and brand standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Synthesia, D-ID, or any other).
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and motion design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and creativity.
