Video & Graphics Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video & Graphics Editor to produce engaging visual content across multiple formats, including podcasts, short-form reels, product explainer videos, and editing technical course content . The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, understands platform-specific content, and can combine video editing with motion graphics and design elements.

• Edit podcasts (audio & video) including multi-cam syncing, jump cuts, noise reduction, and pacing.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) optimized for different platforms.
• Edit product explainer videos with clear visual storytelling and brand alignment.
• Edit technical course videos , ensuring clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
• Add subtitles, captions, lower-thirds, transitions, and sound effects.

• Design and animate motion graphics , titles, callouts, and overlays.
• Create thumbnails and supporting visuals for YouTube, courses, and social media.
• Integrate screen recordings, slides, diagrams, and UI visuals into videos.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.

• Color correction and basic color grading.
• Audio cleanup and balancing for voice clarity.
• Export videos in multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
• Optimize content for engagement, retention, and platform algorithms.

• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and instructors.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Strong knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics & animations)
• Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
• Understanding of video codecs, formats, and export settings
• Experience with screen capture tools and slide-based content

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual hierarchy
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to simplify complex or technical information visually
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience editing educational or technical content
• Knowledge of YouTube & social media analytics
• Familiarity with UI/UX visuals or SaaS product videos
• Basic sound design or music selection skills
• Experience with AI tools for editing, subtitles, or enhancement
