Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal based in Hyderabad. The Vice Principal will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school while ensuring a safe, productive, and enriching environment for students and staff. Responsibilities include supporting and supervising teachers, implementing educational strategies, maintaining organizational standards, and fostering effective communication between students, faculty, and parents. The Vice Principal will also be involved in curriculum enhancement, scheduling, staff mentorship, and overseeing disciplinary procedures, while ensuring the school's adherence to CBSE curriculum and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to supervise and support staff members.
- Experience in educational program planning, curriculum development, and implementation of CBSE standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and faculty members.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for overseeing school operations and scheduling.
- Familiarity with strategies for student assessment and academic progress monitoring.
- Relevant teaching experience and prior experience in a leadership or administrative role within an educational institution preferred.
- Masters degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field preferred.
