Vice President(IC role)-Regulatory Reporting +Investment Banking Domain

We are hiring a senior Investment Banking professional to lead Trade & Transaction Regulatory Reporting oversight for global markets.

This role is suited only for professionals who have worked within Investment Banking / Global Markets and have direct ownership of regulatory reporting under global regulations.

This is a senior role where you interpret complex investment-banking regulations, especially around derivatives, and lead business-wide changes while engaging directly with senior stakeholders and regulators.

What you will own

• End-to-end oversight of daily regulatory trade & transaction reporting
• Reporting accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across multiple asset classes
• Identification, investigation, escalation, and remediation of regulatory reporting breaches

Desired Profile-

CA/CFA/FRM/LLB qualified professional with 10+ yrs. of-

• Experience in Investment Banking / Global Markets (not retail, corporate, or domestic banking)
• Hands-on role in Trade / Transaction Regulatory Reporting or Markets Control / Middle Office
• Direct exposure to EMIR, MiFID, or similar reporting obligations
• Experience reporting across derivatives or structured products (FX / Rates / Fixed Income preferred)
