Job Description
Responsibilities
Align with COO/Sr. GOL / Portfolio Owner to create the continuous improvement (CI) agenda and deliver on it
Partner with ops to identify Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities and deliver in Flying formation format as relevant
Through CI, own delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in TBP accounts, and Bad Bench reduction in named accounts
Identify, coach, and develop talent in DPIS through LSS DNA building and engagement drives
Programs manage Digital Twin deployment in prioritized accounts in the vertical
Identify digital use cases
Prioritize resource alignment to stabilize mega wins
De-risk operations through Risk Control and Best Practice framework
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate from a top B school / top Engineering colleges
Prior solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience
Process consulting experience preferred over business/ strategy consulting
Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
Project Management Skills
Experience with digital tools or in financial services space
Digital deployment for large/ medium scale customers
