Job Title: Vice President Enterprise Security (Data Security Engineer)

Location: Mumbai | Hybrid (min. 3 days in office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Lead to oversee Data Security program, with focus on encryption, PKI, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) . You will lead the Data Security DLP and Encryption teams, embed automation in encryption processes, implement robust security controls, and ensure data protection across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Encryption & DLP teams, define standards, and manage PKI infrastructure.
• Drive data security requirements across architecture, infrastructure, and new initiatives.
• Implement and manage DLP policies and encryption lifecycle automation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, and SOC teams to enhance overall data protection.
• Manage supplier relationships, budgets, and deliverables for encryption and security tools.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in Cybersecurity, DLP, data classification, and encryption; 5+ years in technology roles (system integration, development, scripting).
• Skills: PKI management, cryptography, DLP/CASB tools, Python/PowerShell scripting, SQL, Regex, threat intelligence.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in CS/IT or related fields; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, Security+) are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
