Role Overview
Truworth Wellness is looking for a Vice President Wellness & Longevity to drive the enterprise adoption and commercial growth of its premium wellbeing and longevity solutions.
The role will focus on scaling three strategic offerings:
EAP & Employee Wellbeing Programs
Functional Care Assessments
ThrivePass Longevity & Lifestyle Health Programs
These solutions are designed to help organizations move beyond traditional wellness initiatives toward structured programs that deliver measurable health outcomes and long-term workforce resilience.
The VP will work closely with enterprise HR leaders and insurance companies to position these programs as integral components of progressive employee health strategies.
This role will focus on forward-looking enterprise clients seeking to move beyond fragmented wellness initiatives toward structured programs that deliver measurable health outcomes and long-term workforce resilience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership
- Own revenue targets for the Wellness & Longevity vertical
- Drive enterprise adoption of EAP, Functional Care Assessments, and ThrivePass
- Identify and close opportunities with enterprise employers across India
- Work closely with the central enterprise sales team to drive deal conversions
2. Strategic Client Expansion
Drive adoption within Truworths existing enterprise client base.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify cross-sell and program expansion opportunities within current client relationships
- Work with Customer Success and Key Account teams to introduce the right programs
- Engage with CHROs, Benefits Leaders, and HR leadership teams
- Position longevity and wellbeing programs as strategic health interventions
3. Insurance Partnerships
Develop partnerships with health insurance companies to integrate wellness and longevity programs with premium corporate health insurance offerings.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities to embed EAP, preventive care, and longevity programs within insurer products
- Work with insurers to design value-added health programs for high-end policies
- Build joint enterprise offerings for corporate clients
4. Enterprise Advisory
- Act as a strategic advisor to corporate clients on employee wellbeing and longevity strategies
- Translate workforce health insights into structured program recommendations
- Support organisations in transitioning from transactional wellness initiatives to outcome-driven programs
5. Market Development & Thought Leadership
- Position Truworth Wellness as a leader in corporate wellbeing and longevity solutions
- Represent the company at industry forums, HR leadership events, and employer roundtables
- Contribute to thought leadership on preventive health and employee wellbeing

Revenue
- Revenue from EAP, Functional Care Assessments, and ThrivePass
- Revenue growth from new enterprise clients
- Revenue expansion from existing client portfolio
Adoption
- Number of enterprises adopting longevity programs
- Penetration of programs within the client base

Experience
1218 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Corporate wellbeing platforms
- Employee benefits consulting
- Health-tech companies
- Preventive healthcare businesses
- Enterprise B2B solution sales

We are looking for someone who is:
A strong enterprise sales leader
Experienced in selling into CHRO / HR leadership teams
Able to position preventive health and wellbeing programs strategically
Comfortable working across corporate and insurance ecosystems
