Vice President Tech Delivery

Job description

We are looking for an experienced VP Delivery to lead and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple banking technology projects. The role requires a strong delivery background, leadership experience, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects as a Project Director, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost adherence.
• Own overall delivery success including revenue generation, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers; provide technical guidance, especially in Java-based solution areas.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, address risks, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure strong project governance, delivery management practices, and continuous improvement.
• Build, develop, and manage delivery teams; drive accountability and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support solutioning, estimations, and delivery planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 17+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management or Program Leadership roles.
• Strong background in managing enterprise technology projects, preferably in the Transaction Banking domain.
• Good understanding of technical concepts; Java/related technologies knowledge is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Proven ability to lead Project Managers and guide teams on technology and delivery best practices.
• Strong project management, risk management, and execution skills.
