Role Overview

The Vice President Partnerships will lead strategic partnership development for Soulace in the Western region, with a strong focus on corporates, CSR leaders, foundations, and ecosystem partners. The role requires building long-term relationships, identifying collaboration opportunities, and driving revenue growth through impactful partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, CSR partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, with deep networks in the Mumbai corporate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, and development organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders including CSR Heads, CXOs, and foundation leaders.
• Lead partnership strategy and expansion for the Western region.

Business Development

• Drive new business opportunities aligned with Soulaces impact areas.
• Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, and presentations for potential partners.
• Achieve revenue and partnership targets through strategic collaborations.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent Soulace at industry forums, CSR events, and networking platforms.
• Strengthen relationships with corporate CSR teams and philanthropic organizations.
• Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with program capabilities.

Strategic Growth

• Identify emerging CSR trends and partnership opportunities.
• Contribute to long-term growth strategy for the organization.
• Support leadership in positioning Soulace as a trusted implementation partner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field.
• 1015+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, CSR consulting, or social impact sector.
• Strong network within Mumbai corporate and CSR ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building and closing high-value partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
