Vice President - Strategic Alliances

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to drive new client acquisitions and market expansion.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in the general insurance sector.
• Establish and nurture high-value partnerships with corporates, banks, and distribution channels.
• Lead negotiations to secure long-term, impactful collaborations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
• Track key initiatives using data analysis, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance insights to stakeholders.
• Drive change management initiatives to integrate new partnerships and programs

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

• Graduate / Post Graduate from premier institutes 
• 5-6 years of experience in strategic roles, including Bancassurance and senior stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to launch and manage pan-India programs in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and create impactful strategies.
• Exceptional program management and project execution skills.
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and presentations.
