Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Snowflake & Data Engineering programs, ensuring successful execution across multiple geographies & industry verticals.
Establish a best-in-class data delivery framework that ensures scalability, security, and efficiency in Snowflake-based transformations.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, driving customer success, innovation, and business value.
Lead executive-level stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT transformation roadmaps.
Drive account growth, supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Snowflake and data-driven initiatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
Shape the organizations Data & AI strategy, promoting the adoption of Snowflake, AI/ML, real-time analytics, and automation in enterprise data solutions.
Establish data accelerators, reusable frameworks, and cost optimization strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Build and mentor a high-performing global team of cloud data professionals, including data engineers, architects, and analytics experts.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, driving upskilling and certifications in Snowflake, AI/ML, and Cloud Data technologies.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in Snowflake, cloud data engineering, and analytics to drive innovation.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
