We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP to join our ESO Sourcing team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Leads, reads, writes and negotiates contracts of varying complexities for Human Resources, Facilities, Corporate Services, Subscriptions, Professional Services, and other relevant contracts in the facilities and corporate services and general service categories. 
    • Contract types such as MSAs, SOWs, Terminations, NDAs, Order Forms, etc...
  • Acts as the India and Poland regional sourcing point of contact for the Human Resources, Facilities and Corporate Services category.
  • Coordinates and acts as an interface to support and manage escalations within the Human Resources, Facilities and Corporate Services Category in India and Poland.
  • Has a deep understanding of supplier commercials, and other complex contractual terms and issues.
  • Contributes to the achievement of business area objectives including annual savings targets, contract volume, data accuracy and customer buyer experience.
  • Represent the Human Resources, Facilities and Corporate Services Sourcing team in stakeholder and business partner meetings 
  • Prepares and run complex vendor and related category/market analyses, pricing assessments, and total-cost modelling.
  • Create and Manage RFx’s of varying sizes.
  • Knowledge of S2P and other procurement related processes. 
  • Partner with Legal department to negotiate procurement contracts based upon end-user requirements.
  • Be the ‘Trusted Partner’ for our internal clients
  • Communicating status to key business partners and stakeholders 
  • Ability to review and prioritize deals within our pipeline.
  • As a key leader in strategic sourcing, the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager drives commercial excellence and operational efficiency across a diverse supplier landscape. 
  • This role acts as the India point of contact and serves as a global escalation point, ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery and alignment with business priorities.  
  • The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager is accountable for negotiating complex contracts, optimizing sourcing workflows through innovation and AI-driven solutions, and enhancing the internal client experience. Responsibilities include managing RFx processes, conducting market and cost analyses, and partnering with Legal to structure agreements that balance risk and value.
  • Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, deep category expertise, and the ability to prioritize a dynamic deal pipeline while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience, with deep expertise in Corporate Services, Facilities, Human Resources and/or Professional Services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects, including contract lifecycle management (RFX planning, drafting, negotiation, and execution).
  • Experience in leading, reading, writing and negotiating contracts of varying complexities for Facilities, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Subscriptions, Professional Services, and other relevant contracts in the facilities and corporate services and general service categories. 
  • Strong knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), vendor management systems (VMS), and managed service provider (MSP) models.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to contracts in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor relationship management, service-level improvement, and governance/policy compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex contractual issues and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with AI-driven tools and automation technologies to enhance workflows and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to global strategy development.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve escalations effectively.
