Vice President - Real Estate Sales

Responsible for P&L growth of the Real Estate Advisory Business.

REQUAL is looking out for a young, dynamic, go getter, with a flair for customer connect. Must have worked in Luxury sales (property, cars, travel, experiences) or wealth management. Must be superlative at communication, with a strong ability to engage with investors across demographics.

Responsibilities

1. Drive the overall growth agenda of the business, along with Founder.
2. Hire and build a niche high performing team
3. Build alliances and partnerships with channels, including CA's, Lawyers, Financial advisors and Developers to provide strong, articulate, high conviction investment properties to HNI clients
4. Build and grow networks across HNI investors, family offices and real estate investor communities
5. Source transactions, and along with team, build high conviction proposals for investors
6. Create digital and social media content, be the face of the brand, where needed, and present the vision of the business in public, as and when required

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline, with minimum 5 years of luxury (including real estate) sales experience.

Should have worked in HNI / NRI sales, either as part of developer or advisory organization or a boutique wealth or real estate advisory. Must have experience in direct customer transactions, with HNI families or investors.

Must be young, energetic, and entrepreneurial. This is NOT a job, but an opportunity to build a high-performance real estate advisory, working at the intersection of Wealth Management and Real Asset backed investments.

Exposure to international real estate sales would be added advantage.

Compensation and Incentives

Compensation will be best in class for the right candidate, along with incentives, that includes up to 50% of revenue share, and ESOP's in the overall business, will have option to become a Co-founder, without any investments, subject to terms of service.
