Vice President - QA Automation (Capital Markets)

Hiring: VP QA Automation (Capital Markets)

We are looking for a Vice President QA Automation to lead quality engineering initiatives across Capital Markets platforms within a leading Investment Banking setup.

This role requires strong domain depth + automation leadership + stakeholder management experience.

What Were Looking For:

Experience

• 8 to 10 years in QA / Test Automation
• 5+ years in Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain
• Experience operating at VP / AVP / Lead level

Domain Expertise (Must Have)

• Fixed Income / Repo / Securities Lending / Derivatives
• Front-to-Back Trading lifecycle
• Corporate Actions / Regulatory exposure (MiFID II, etc.)
• Understanding of trading platforms / OMS / Market connectivity

Technical Depth

• Automation frameworks (Selenium / Robot Framework / BDD frameworks)
• API testing & integration testing
• SQL & Unix/Linux
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and automation strategy

Leadership & Governance

• Leading QA strategy across programs
• Managing cross-functional stakeholders (Dev, Ops, Product, Business)
• Experience in regulatory-driven or high-control banking environments
• Exposure to global delivery models

This is NOT a hands-on tester role.
