Your responsibilities

• Grow and strengthen our publisher portfolio by onboarding new partners and expanding existing collaborations
• Drive business development initiatives around conversational formats for publishers
• Help publishers maximize the value and impact of their first-party data
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Work closely across product, technology, marketing, and our holding company Affinity Global to deliver integrated solutions

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience within the publisher ecosystem, with a holistic understanding of commercial, product, and editorial stakeholders
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, working effectively with publishers, internal teams, and external partners
• Deep understanding of editorial workflows as well as commercial and media monetization models
• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel as part of building and strengthening partnerships
