Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Vice President - Projects (AV-IT). Major responsibility will be to oversee large-scale AV and IT projects, ensuring successful strategy, planning, and execution. Further, responsibilities include developing & leading project management teams, strategizing & implementing better project management practices through continual trainings of project teams, coordinating communication and collaboration among various internal & external stakeholders and ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time and budget. The role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, implementing best practices, and driving operational excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong background in AV/IT networking project management
• Proficiency in AV/IT Networking Strategy and Strategic Planning
• Proven expertise in Project Management with a focus on delivering complex AV and IT projects in various verticals
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for decision-making
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus
• Experience with AV integration projects or ICT infrastructure is highly desirable
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
