Role Overview

The Vice President Operations will be responsible for driving end-to-end restaurant operations across multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and scalability. This role will define operational strategy, performance standards, and execution excellence across service, kitchen, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple restaurant outlets to ensure consistent quality, service, and profitability.
• Design and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and best practices for service, kitchen operations, and delivery models.
• Monitor and drive key business metrics including sales performance, food cost, labor productivity, wastage, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure operational compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional and outlet-level operations teams to drive accountability and performance.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure seamless coordination and cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability to support business growth.
• Drive new outlet launches, expansion planning, and operational readiness.

• Expertise in process optimization, cost control, and performance metrics
• Ability to lead large, diverse teams across locations
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership presence

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Operations, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
• MBA preferred
