Location: Chennai

Job Description

The Vice President Operations (Revenue Cycle Management) will be responsible for operational strategy, process improvement, transition management, customer retention, and margin growth and will oversee end-to-end service delivery across Healthcare RCM operations. The role requires proven experience in leadership, managing large teams, driving best practices, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent adherence to performance standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead large Healthcare RCM teams and ensure high-quality delivery for assigned clients
  • Improve processes with strong focus on client satisfaction and relationships.
  • Support operational growth and expansion initiatives
  • Plan and allocate workloads across delivery and projects
  • Manage communication, escalations, risks, and resolutions
  • Drive service improvements and maintain an effective operating structure
  • Align client expectations with contracted service levels and enforce OLAs/SLAs
  • Review performance metrics and implement improvement actions
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
  • Lead transitions for new or expanded accounts while upholding quality
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and margin growth
  • Build retention strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and policy support

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in large-scale operations and provider-side RCM
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams with strong communication skills
  • Strong people leadership, delegation, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Deep understanding of RCM processes, client management, and performance metrics
  • Ability to drive operational excellence, scalable processes, and margin improvement
  • Skilled in strategic planning, change management, transitions, and sustaining quality outcomes

Qualifications

  • 2025 years of experience in Operations, preferably within the US Healthcare industry
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
