Talent Tapovan is hiring for a Senior Partner - Wealth for one its fastest growing Financial Services provider clients, which is backed by a 62-year-old Indian Conglomerate leader in Agribusiness, Consumer Goods, Real Estate and Chemicals business. The Financial arm was established 5 years ago and has become the fastest to reach an AUM of 15000 crore.

Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra HNIs. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio advisory, cross-selling of financial products, and long-term relationship management to drive AUM and revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage high net worth individual (HNI) clients' portfolios by providing investment advisory services, including asset allocation, fund selection, and portfolio management.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to acquire new HNIs for wealth management services.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and product penetration across various financial products such as mutual funds, private banking, structured products, AIFs, alternative investments etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams like sales & trading desk to execute trades on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry developments in areas like investment research, private equity etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in Wealth Management or related field
• Strong understanding of HNI Client Handling, Investment Products (Mutual Funds), Private Banking & Alternative Investments.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
