Role: VP Sales Tech Contractual Staffing

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Role Type: Full-Time | Manager


About the Role

We are looking for a revenue-driven Sales Leader to accelerate growth in our Tech Contractual Staffing vertical. This role requires a strong combination of business development expertise and recruitment delivery understanding, particularly within technical contract hiring.

If you thrive in high-growth environments, understand staffing P&L, and can independently build and scale client accounts, this opportunity is for you.


What Youll Do

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and acquire new clients across IT, Product, and Engineering domains
  • Drive contractual staffing business across startups and enterprise organizations
  • Own and deliver revenue targets and P&L for the contractual staffing vertical
  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently close staffing contracts

Client Partnerships

  • Negotiate commercials, MSAs/SOWs, and rate cards
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key clients
  • Develop account growth strategies to expand staffing partnerships

Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of contractual technology roles
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure speed, quality, and fulfillment
  • Monitor SLAs, fulfillment metrics, and client satisfaction


What Were Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Tech Staffing or Contractual Hiring
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong network within IT, Product, and Engineering hiring ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of contract staffing commercials, pricing models, and margins
  • Experience managing both sales and recruitment delivery teams
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and account-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
