About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who has designed, built, and owned large-scale microservices-based platforms in production. This role is engineering-first , not delivery or program management focused.

The ideal candidate has strong project ownership , deep experience in .NET Core, modern Angular , and distributed systems , and can clearly articulate architecture decisions through real projects .

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and development of scalable, cloud-native platforms
• Design and build microservices-based systems with clear service boundaries and data ownership
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures using messaging/streaming platforms
• Lead system design decisions , trade-offs, and scalability strategies
• Drive monolith-to-microservices migrations where required
• Ensure production readiness : observability, performance, resilience, and security
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and other engineering teams
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership , design reviews, and best practices
• Remain hands-on with architecture and critical code paths

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Backend:
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• RESTful APIs, service-based architecture
• Experience designing distributed systems
• Microservices (Must be demonstrated through projects):
• Service-to-service communication (REST, messaging, streaming)
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Independent deployment and scaling of services
• Data ownership per service
• Frontend:
• Modern Angular (Angular 8+)
• Experience building SPAs that consume microservices
• Cloud & DevOps:
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift/AKS/EKS)
• CI/CD pipelines and production deployments

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other regulated domains
• Experience with API gateways , authentication/authorization, and security best practices
• Exposure to high-scale, high-availability systems
• Experience working on mission-critical production platforms
