About the Role Were looking for a
VP - Engineering
to expand and lead our tech team and help shape the future of our product. Youll work closely with the founder to bring ideas to life, ensuring everything runs smoothlywhether its launching new features, improving system performance, or integrating with other platforms. More than just managing projects, we want someone who can
mentor and inspire the team , helping them grow in their careers while keeping the company moving forward. If youve worked in a
fast-growing startup (preferably B2C)
and love solving challenges while building a strong tech foundation, wed love to connect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the tech vision
- Work with the product team to plan and execute new features and improvements.
Build & nurture the team
- Guide, mentor, and support engineers to ensure they grow in their roles.
Ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our systems.
Operational Excellence -
Implement best practices for code quality, CI/CD, performance optimization, and incident management.
Collaborate across teams
Work with business, operations, and product teams to align technology with company goals.
Requirements 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with a background in building and scaling tech teams. Bachelor's degree from a tier-1 college. Experience in high-growth startups, preferably in a B2C environment. Experience in managing teams with 20+ people Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving to ensure things get done efficiently!
Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bellandur, Bangalore office, with a 5-day workweek.
