Job Title: Vice President Integration Head

As Delivery Head Integration Engineering , you will spearhead solution & delivery for complex integration programs, partner with the Integration Services practice, and ensure best-in-class outcomes for global clients across BFSI, Insurance, Travel, Retail, and Healthcare

What Youll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Drive modern integration services deliveryAPI management, event-driven architectures, cloud-native solutions, and microservices
• Champion AI-first integration assets and establish Centers of Excellence for platforms like MuleSoft and Kong
• Institutionalize centralized integration factory models to accelerate delivery and optimize TCO

Delivery Oversight & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integration projects, including migrations and modernization initiatives
• Manage large, cross-functional teams (1000+ experts) across geographies and ensure delivery excellence
• Ensure proactive resource readiness, deployment, and continuous upskilling

Solution Architecture & Technology Enablement

• Guide architecture design and platform selection for solutions like IBM API Connect, Kong, Azure APIM, MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS
• Drive innovation using accelerators, APIOps, and reference architectures for rapid delivery

Governance & Best Practices

• Establish governance models, quality gates, and compliance standards
• Mentor teams to deliver secure, reliable, and industry-leading integration solutions

Client Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, lead consulting-led engagements, and shape future-state integration strategies

What Were Looking For

• 18+ years of deep expertise in integration technologies and delivery leadership
• Proven track record managing large-scale transformation programs ($50M+)
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive value creation
• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT
