YOUR NEW ROLE

  • The position will lead a team in B&PB New to Ban Onboarding KYC QC. The role leads Analysts that deliver operational activities relating to Non-Individual B&PB new to bank customers.
  • The critical tasks of the role are to manage Analyst performance activities ranging from output performance, quality reviews, coaching and development of analysts to ensure constant progression to keep up with customer expectations which are ever changing in a competitive market. The role is accountable for the operational disciplines to drive and implement efficiencies to create consistency in the way we operate, ensuring our Analysts operate  one-way, same way, best way. 
  • Lead your team to create great customer outcomes through team collaboration and shared enterprise objectives.
  • Working with key stakeholder groups  across multiple distribution businesses within B&PB (Regional & Agri, Metro, Private Wealth and BDSB), to drive greater uplift in Right First-Time results and overall improve end to end customer experience.
  • Working with key stakeholders relating to continuous improvement initiatives focusing on improving efficiency for end-to-end onboarding, improve inbound quality, improve team operating rhythm to ensure alignment and consistency, all of which will allow greater customer outcomes.
  • Managing of underperformance is critical to ensure customer outcomes are managed in a timely manner to Drive excellence in service, quality, and  cost

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • 9+ years of experience leading a team in an operational based role. Must be proficient in using Controliq, including verifying data, weekly/monthly planning, utilising reports available to make good active ops decisions).
  • Proven experience working with stakeholders and being able to influence outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Preferred knowledge of Trusts and complex entities highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Understanding of AML/CTF and Sanctions regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to lead a team of analysts including coaching and development.
  • Ability to manage complex case work while adhering to KPI expectations.
  • Understanding and experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory and or Risk Frameworks
  • Ability to lead and influence change across a team/business.
  • Ability to operate in a fast pace, dynamic environment will be required.
