Role: Vice President - Non Motor Claims (Property Claims)

Job Description:

The role involves overseeing high-value, complex, and specialty claims while acting as a bridge between zonal teams and HOD for seamless communication and coordination. Key responsibilities includes mega risk claims, Property claims, export claims, and leveraging data analysis for efficient claim resolution and organizational alignment.

• Conduct thorough reviews of outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution and adherence to compliance.
• Facilitate effective interaction with underwriting and sales offices to align claim processes with policy terms and business objectives.
• Manage high-value and complex claims.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and streamline claim management processes for improved efficiency and decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between zonal teams and HOD, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of priorities.
• Handle mega risk claims and collaborate with key stakeholders to address high-impact issues and maintain organizational standards.

Work Experience: 15+ Years in Insurance
