Role Objective

The Marketing Director will lead, own and manage all marketing functions of the EBG Group , driving strategic growth, brand visibility, and lead generation across multiple business verticals.


This leader will own Digital Performance Marketing, Offline Marketing, Creative Design, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, demand generation, Product Marketing and Brand Communication and budget management functions ensuring consistent brand storytelling, data-driven decision making, and measurable marketing ROI.


The role demands both strategic thinking and operational leadership to unify all marketing efforts under one integrated growth vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with EBG Group Chairmans vision and overall business goals.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of specialists Performance Marketing, Creative Design, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing and media. This is the Key for this Business .
  • Lead brand positioning, communication, and growth marketing for all business units.
  • Define quarterly and annual marketing Objectives and Key Results, budgets, and ROI targets.
  • Handle Monthly Budget of more than 10 Cr plus atleast

2. Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Supervise the Performance Marketing team across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Approve budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive data-led marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure integration between marketing data, CRM, and analytics dashboards.

3. Creative & Brand Communication

  • Guide the Creative Design and AI Design teams in producing impactful campaign visuals and brand content.
  • Maintain consistency of tone, visual identity, and brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Approve campaign themes, visuals, and ad copy for all major launches.

4. Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Oversee Social Media team to drive engagement and community building across platforms.
  • Manage Influencer Partnerships to enhance brand awareness and credibility in target markets.
  • Approve influencer selection, content strategy, and collaboration outcomes.
  • Ensure social campaigns are integrated with performance goals and PR visibility.

5. Analytics, Technology, and Automation

  • Implement marketing analytics systems (GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for performance tracking.
  • Drive marketing automation initiatives for lead nurturing, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.
  • Review weekly dashboards with KPIs such as CTR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV across all campaigns.
  • Ensure that creative and performance marketing teams work in sync with data-driven insights.

6. Leadership, Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor marketing professionals team (Performance, Creative, Social, Influencer).
  • Hire, train, and upskill talent in digital marketing, creativity, and analytics.
  • Work closely with the Chairman, COO, Sales, and Business Heads to align marketing output with sales and revenue targets.
  • Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to the leadership team.

7. Key KPIs

  • Growth Metrics - Qualified leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, revenue contribution
  • Campaign Effectiveness - CTR, CPA, and creative success rate across channels
  • Team Performance - Delivery timelines, team productivity, creative output quality
  • Marketing ROI - ROI per business vertical, % growth Month on Month
  • Brand Performance - Brand awareness, social reach, engagement rate


Key Skills & Competencies Required:

Strategic Skills

  • Proven experience in leading multi-channel marketing strategies across digital and offline media.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and attribution models.
  • Expertise in brand management, storytelling, and creative direction.
  • Experience in building marketing automation and analytics systems.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for content and creative generation (ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and influencer marketing ecosystems.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and brand storytelling.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Strategy, or Digital Communication.

1218 years of experience in Marketing with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience leading a marketing team in a fast-scaling or multi-business environment

Reporting To

  • You will report to the Chairman/COO of EBG Group

Working Days

  • Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week)

Joining Time

  • Within Max 30 days.

Reporting Office

  • You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Madhapur/Hitec City Area, Hyderabad

Salary Package

  • Your Salary package will be approximately 20 LPA to 30 LPA
