Vice President Marketing

Role Overview - We are expanding our Investment Banking IPO Origination team and are looking for an entrepreneurial AVP Business Development who can build relationships with high growth companies and help bring them to the public markets. The AVP will lead a business development pod responsible for identifying IPO ready companies, engaging with promoters, and converting opportunities into IPO mandates for execution by the firm's merchant banking team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify companies with strong growth potential and IPO readiness.

Initiate conversations with promoters regarding IPO opportunities.

Conduct preliminary IPO feasibility discussions with potential clients.

Develop relationships with promoters, chartered accountants, consultants, and industry advisors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of companies planning capital market transactions.

Lead and mentor a team of business development associates. Guide outreach strategies and track deal pipelines.

Participate in promoter meetings, valuation discussions, and mandate negotiations. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 612 years in investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, or financial advisory.

Education: MBA / CA / CFA preferred.
